Silent Hill 2 Remake PC - Visuals Scale Beyond PS5 - But #StutterStruggle Cannot Be Avoided

Silent Hill 2's remake for PC is great in many ways - particularly in how it provides meaningful visual upgrades over the PlayStation 5 version of the game. However, graphical issues are widespread and the stuttering in the game is remarkably poor - and not even frame-rate caps or other fixes can fix underlying, foundational problems.
