So, this is a difficult one to process - it's a 23 minute 4K video with intense detail. HEVC encoding copes, but h.264 is BIG. We'd recommend HEVC playback on a TV, but if you must get the h.264 version, you'll need to download BOTH parts and then use WinRAR or a similar tool to decompress.
